Roles and Responsibilities

• Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain Crystal Reports that meet the reporting requirements.
• Data Integration: Extract, transform, and load data from various data sources into Crystal Reports, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Customization: Customize report templates, layouts, and formatting to match specific user requirements.
• Data Visualization: Create visually appealing and user-friendly reports with charts, graphs, and other data visualization elements.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize report performance and query execution to ensure reports load quickly and efficiently.
• Data Validation: Validate and verify the accuracy of data used in reports.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for Crystal Reports, including report specifications and user guides.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with end users and other stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and deliver solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Crystal Reports development and design.
• Proficiency in Crystal Reports and related technologies, such as Crystal Reports Designer, Crystal Reports Server, and Crystal Reports for Enterprise.
• Strong SQL skills and experience in working with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
• Knowledge of data analysis and modelling techniques.
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices and report design principles.
